SUBSEA FIBRE-OPTIC CABLE REPAIR (~140KM RANGE)

Oct 2023 - Geoconsultancy

Consultancy includes advisory and supply of geoconsultants and partial systems to ensure reliability of client's offshore operations for an private fibre-optic cable owner.
Mobilization planning and delivery of TPE analysis (i.e. error budget) of positioning systems to ensure client ROVs can be navigated to exact location of repair.
Project completed with Zero downtime

Jan 2024 - Geoconsultancy

Geoconsultancy service to complete a partially installed subsea asset for a national oil company
Delivered end-to-end execution plan including geomatics consultancy for approach plan for vessel to platform (~50m clearance)
Embedded remote operations to allow client onshore team to monitor execution and quality.

Scope of Inspection, Repair and Maintenance for 6 operators within Sabah waters including WROV, Saturation Dive and Air-Dive

Feb 2023 - Geoconsultancy

Geoconsultancy service to integrate underwater positioning, depth identification (sonar) to the client's new method of mass-flow-excavator
Planning and the execution of positioning systems required to ensure absolute position and trench depth is recorded.
Delivery of integrated report ensuring all survey data from installation to burial depth is aligned.

PL314 (Sabah) end-to-end Geosolutions including Geomatics & Geoinformation services
Bespoke solution for <10m WD to accurately map and position flexible flowline and mattresses utilizing WROV and Air-Divers
Completed project successfully within error budgets and tolerance.

PL431 (Sarawak) end-to-end Geosolutions including Geomatics & Geoinformation services
Bespoke solution for ~30m WD to accurately map previously installed and buried flexible flowline to accurately position concrete mattresses utilizing WROV and Air-Divers
Completed project successfully within error budgets and tolerance.
Project was in collaboration with our trusted partners ensuring system reliability

Sept 2024 - Geophysical

Geoconsultancy scope on which delineated and reduced systems while meeting Clients' objective.
Fit for purpose multibeam echo sounder proposed and delivered to identify key features of interest efficienty post ROV operations.
Calibration, data QC and processing done fully remotely onshore with live operations streamed.
Achieved all objectives of Client within timeframe and zero downtime.

Multi-month barge & tug positioning services to support repair and replacement work for a subsea asset

Dec 2024 - USV

Geoconsultancy scope on which we trained key Federal Govenment officers and hydrographers focusing on USV maintenance, piloting and best practices.
The 4-day certification program is recognized by key insurance underwriters and is based on comprehensive classroom (theory) and field (practical) modules

Jan 2025 - Geoconsultancy

Engaged for end-to-end geophysical (pre-installation incld SBP) and positioning (subsea-installation) of first in country SDAS methodology.
This offshore project leveraged on remote operations which allowed for smaller geophysical vessel and live QC.

Dec 2024 - Geomatics

End-to-end Geoconsultancy scope and services for a complete MBM for VLCC upgrade for the second largest oil refinery in Thailand.
Delivery included a "first formal identification" of a major pipeline crossing (by a neighbouring operator) which allowed our end-client to confidently and safely upgrade their offloading facility.

Mar 2025 - Underwater Pos/Nav

Complete diving support systems for ROV and Diving
Multi-USBL setup was deployed to ensure accuracy within multi quadrant operations - reducing vessel repositioning requirements.

Apr 2025 - Deepwater

Achieved repeatable ~0.5m subsea accuracy which is exceptionally close to LBL-grade at 1200+m water depth, using a standard HiPAP system, we focused on what matters: disciplined selection, setup, calibration, and execution.

May 2025 - Subsea Pipelines

End-to-end pipeline inspection and rectification services for over 100 grouting bags.
Worked hand-in-hand with Client in processing of data along with charting to ensure detailed alignment with Inspection team.
